A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Good to know.
Less uncertainty. More peace of mind.
We have two cars. Does that work?
SPRUCE TOWNHOUSE and SPRUCE VILLA include car wash 3× per week for one car. After sign-up, you can add a second car for +AED 89/month, including VAT.
Are you a local company?
Yes. Spruce was founded by residents of Arabian Ranches 3, so the people who built the service live on the same streets we care for. Our schedules, standards and routes are set up around how this neighbourhood actually works.
What’s included in each plan?
SPRUCE TOWNHOUSE, AED 279/month: car wash 3× per week for one car, carport cleaning every other week and weekly bins & surrounding area. SPRUCE VILLA, AED 449/month: car wash 3× per week, weekly carport cleaning, weekly bins & surrounding area plus a gardener 3× per week (lawn, hedges, weeding & sweeping). Before/after photo after every visit. All prices include VAT.
How does the founding offer work?
The first 100 households get the first month free on SPRUCE TOWNHOUSE or SPRUCE VILLA, then AED 279 or AED 449/month. Registering interest does not reserve a founding place; availability is confirmed at activation. Month 1 is on us. 2 standard months follow, then cancel anytime. All prices include VAT.
Can I choose individual services?
Yes — combine what you need: gardener 3× per week AED 199/month; car wash for one car, 3× per week, AED 139/month; weekly carport cleaning AED 129/month; weekly bins & surrounding area AED 69/month. Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime. All prices include VAT.
Can I book a service just once?
Yes. Switch to "One-off visit" under individual services: gardener tidy-up AED 99, car wash AED 45, carport cleaning AED 79, bin cleaning AED 49. One-off visit. No subscription, no commitment. All prices include VAT. A monthly plan is better value if you want regular care.
Is there a minimum commitment?
SPRUCE TOWNHOUSE & VILLA: Month 1 is on us. 2 standard months follow, then cancel anytime. All prices include VAT. Individual services: Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime. All prices include VAT. One-off visits have no commitment at all.
Do I have to deal with several suppliers?
No. Spruce is the one supplier behind your bins, car and carport, so there’s one schedule to keep and one monthly payment instead of three companies, three payment arrangements and a lot of WhatsApp chasing.
How does the monthly subscription work?
One recurring card payment covers your plan. SPRUCE TOWNHOUSE & VILLA: Month 1 is on us. 2 standard months follow, then cancel anytime. All prices include VAT. Individual services: Monthly subscription. Cancel anytime. All prices include VAT. No chasing. Just a before/after photo after every visit. Online payments are not active yet; register your interest without being charged.
Do you cover my community?
We currently serve Arabian Ranches 3, including Sun, Joy, Spring, Ruba, Caya, Elie Saab and other clusters. Join the waitlist for Arabian Ranches 1 or 2, Town Square, The Valley, The Villa or Villanova.
What if I’m not happy with a clean?
Every plan comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Tell our team if a clean doesn’t meet your expectations so we can put it right.
